Ms.Koval has made the library how a school library should be; fun and inviting! It is now lively and full of modern things that will benefit student to no end. I was nervous about my senior project but after Ms. Koval's presentation I am really excited to get started. I actually have already tried a few cites and found some GREAT information, on my first try to! I had been searching Google ever since the project was assigned and i couldn't find anything useful. Then after 30 minutes with Ms.koval I've found a great cite and a ton of viable information!! Thank you SO much!! :)

This is a fantastic web site. You could not have more up to date features! It's great to see Twitter used professionally. It was first introduced at a cTAPIV workshop in June of 2008. This was the first time I could use it professionally. Thanks for leading the way.

hi mr. doyle, and thanks for saying such nice stuff about our website! =)

i just googled l.h.s. to see where the heck livingston is (it's between turlock and merced in central cal) and to check out your library online (it's http://www.luhs.muhsd.k12.ca.us/Library/index.htm). and, actually, it's cooler than you give it credit for! =)

...friday frenzy dodgeball, poetry jams, and the "shelf life" book blog... all are awesome! =)

...and i'm totally stealing your idea for a t.a. page! =) so, look out, all you lib t.a.s, i've got a camera and you know i'm not afraid to use it! lol! =)

thanks again to mr. doyle and to the livingston high school library for "friending" us at the big house. it's nice to know ya! =)

Hello All!
I received a wonderful package of thank you notes and a poster from soooo many students for the bean bags I donated to the library. I am so glad to see the students are enjoying them and reading in comfort.

It was a great idea and I am glad I could help our local schools.
Enjoy!

I'm at a creative writing camp and we're compiling a list of books that we all should read if we haven't already, so hopefully this library will have 'em all! That would make it even more awesome than it already is. It's just a really good atmosphere for getting work done!

Dear Anna,
I'm posting from the East coast--Jersey City to be exact. I've been working on my certification for LMS, an dam volunteering in my daughter's school library. I found your blog through some posts that a Rutgers Instructor had posted. You have a terrific and inspiring blog. I'm sure the library at Casa Grande is the center of the school. The Casa Library has such a wonderful environment, it's comfortable, the books are in perfect spots then they were last year, and the new computer lab (inner and outer) are great! Another thing that's awesome is that Mrs.Koval(HI Anna,Hi Helen!)get the books I ask her to order really fast! The books are here within a short amount of time and when they do come in they send the book to my class ^-^ How awesome is that?! I love the books at the library, there is a wide variety of books(if I do say so myself) especially vampire books too! -Anon (Hi Anna, Hi Helen! Your both doing a wonderful job as our librarian! Keep it up!:p)

Hey you know the saying "don't judge a book by its cover"? Well, guess what! When I looked at the "New Books" section on here, it just gives you the cover and title! Just a little hint to help, maybe add a little sentence description of the book? That way I'll know if I will like it!

ms. koval :)

angelina, not all the pages on our site have built-in translation capability, sorry. you can translate any webpage in the world, though, with google translate: http://translate.google.com/?hl=en#

jeni, you can click on the cover and get all the info about it on a social booksharing site called shelfari. sorry that wasn't clearer. i've updated the new books page as per your helpful suggestion. :)
