library policies

The policies of the Casa Grande High School Library conform to the Policies and Administrative Regulations adopted by the Petaluma City Schools Board of Education.

Our Collection Development Policy outlines our Board-adopted criteria for selecting, removing, and replacing library materials. Our policy is guided by the American Library Association's Library Bill of Rights and the California School Library Association's Standards and Guidelines for Strong School Libraries, specifically the Standards for School Library Media Center Resources (pp. 43-47).
